Dr. Leo Uemura is a second-generation chiropractor who brings both tradition and innovation to modern chiropractic care. Born in Iowa — the birthplace of chiropractic — Dr. Uemura’s journey began where the profession itself began. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, also known as “The Fountainhead of Chiropractic.”
Before pursuing chiropractic, Dr. Uemura studied electrical engineering at UC San Diego, where his curiosity for how things work deeply shaped his analytical approach to the human body. But after realizing that a future confined to a cubicle wasn’t his calling, he followed his family legacy and passion for helping people heal naturally — through movement, alignment, and technology.
